Our room was good, first day it was super cold, but they fixed the AC quickly after we gave the feedback. Food was good and lot of variety. Beach is beautiful, a bit seaweed but not anything disturbing. People are friendly. Our butler Candio was really helpful and friendly.

A truly 5-star beach vacation and a great value

Our room was very spacious and well-furnished. The service was excellent in all regards. The hotel has ample facilities to accommodate large numbers of guests, whether it be at its restaurants, pools, beach, or activity centers. We were able to schedule very fun adventures through the resort's sister-company Go Majestic, and get transportation from the airport to the resort and back, too. We had an amazing stay at an excellent value.

The internet can get unreliable sometimes, mainly when the winds pick up a bit. We had to switch to our cell phone's hot spots at times. The resort was working on it with their internet service provider.

Loved all of the stuff. They was amazing !! Not far from airport, beautiful beach and drinks mixed perfect

The food was cold/warm 60% off the time. At home we are used to having everything hot. The fans in shower and bathrooms never worked. Said they would come check on it but never did. We looked forward to night time Jacuzzi, called email/survey them that is was not working, coming to fix never showed up. Next night told butler he did temp fix but water was cold by time to go in and couldn't get it to stay. Maintenance came next day, needed a part, following day tub was in peices and there it still was when we left. Got food poisoning or something from water. Was very sick for 2 days. Plus maybe more of the non slip strips around pool and bar area outside. Was very slick, I even slipped hard right on my back.

Good time! Easy to get around and quick service!

The arrival day was not very organized. My luggage was taken to someone else room, and the bell hops came to search my room to make sure we didn’t really have the bag we were missing. Was not impressed with our butler, did not seem to eager to help us and seemed we were a bother because he was suppose to be off work at 8pm, but we hadn’t even gotten to our room before 8pm. Never saw him the rest of our stay. We actually used our friends butler to schedule our dinner reservations and car service from hotel to airport the last day, he was amazing!!! Other wise the stay was good! Would probably give the resort another try at some point!!

It’s not the best , but it’s not the worst. Would stay again if I had too.

The rooms were nice , beach access & some of the resort activities. Also like how it was all inclusive

My favorite thing about the property was the staff. After a few days much of the staff remembered our boys and made them feel welcome and fun for my young ones.

All the food was delicious, especially the a la carte restaurants. We loved the steakhouse! Staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Pools were beautiful and clean and the beach was great. The themed drink cart in the lobby was one of our favorite things. Make sure to try it every night!

Overall, I would stay at this resort again or recommend.

It was a five day stay. The pool was nice with a swim up bar, and floaters that were first come first serve. They had beach beds that were also first come first serve, we were able to get one when we truly wanted. The room was the best part, especially the roof top jetted tub and the bed. The view was absolutely gorgeous, accompanied by the weather. I wish we could have seen the sunrise, it would have been awesome. The room was clean and so was the rooftop. We didn’t have to worry about bugs or pests bothering us. I’m visually impaired so the magnifying mirror for my makeup was a bonus. The area was quiet. The food was okay, the steaks were actually good, the only thing was the sauce they used wasn’t the best. The buffet breakfast at seaside restaurant was great, many options. The best breakfast was La Rinascita the Italian place. The French toast was amazing and the fruit and pastry appetizer was great. Seaside seafood dinner especially the lobster was pretty good, sometimes a little over cooked but not terribly. I would still recommend. Our butler Wilbur was excellent. Overall the grounds are very well kempt.

I’m not sure if it was miscommunication, but for the first couple of days we were getting towels, room service would take and replace, then after the third day they took towels but never replaced. We had to ask several times. They only put the bigger dry off towels or hand drying towels in the room. It’s not a huge deal, but when you want to take a shower, it’s something that you’d like to have available. Maybe bring your own from home if you like the smaller hand towels. The hours of the pool aren’t the best. It closed pretty early like at 6pm. The bars close at 10, but the sports bar says it’s 24hrs however we went looking for food after a night club and they weren’t serving. Dinner reservations for us were hard to meet because they are either at 6 or 6:30 pm. Sometimes that’s not enough time to get ready if you were previously doing an activity or enjoying the pool. If you’re looking to not have your day completely mapped out and want to take it as it comes, maybe opt out of the reservations. If you like stronger drinks, ask for a shot in addition to your drink because they taste mostly of juice if it’s a mixed drink or a frozen drink. They water down the frozen, and put way too much juice in the mixed drinks. The beach did have a lot of sargassum which made it a bit difficult to enjoy. Maybe try going early in the morning as I’m not sure what hours they clean it.
