Excelente para relaxar

Excelente. Ótima comida. Ideal para relaxar, nao tem tumulto, gritaria, som alto, pessoas pulando de forma desorientada na piscina, e eu falo isso sendo um bagunçeiro. Kkkkk. A capacidade do resort estava em quase 100%, mas você SEMPRE consegue lugar na praia ou piscina, nao tem fila nos restaurantes, nem nos bares. Apenas restaurante francês e japonês requer reservas antecipadas, recomendo fazer isso assim que chegar com o seu mordomo ( sim, voce vai ter um mordomo, o meu foi o Rosario, muito bom). Voce come bem aqui, de verdade, tudo e com fartura sem. Limites, quem é brasileiro talvez nao goste das cervejas, mas eles tem Heiniken entao resolve, os drinks eu esperava mais, mas nao que sejam ruins

O hotel tem uma estrutura incrível e perfeita para família com filhos ou adultos já que há áreas separadas. A localização é até que perto do aeroporto, a comida é gostosa com muitas opções, o atendimento e o serviço de mordomo são ótimos, os funcionários simpáticos, a praia linda, piscinas boas, os quartos bem espaçosos e limpos e o hotel é cheio de eventos bacanas.

Acho que faltou um aviso geral com todas as programações dos dias. Eu só descobria na hora que acontecia.

O hotel Entrega tudo o que oferece! Tem um serviço de mordomo maravilhoso (o Wilber é o melhor). Atencioso, prestativo e sempre procurava saber como estávamos, o que queríamos. E conseguiu todos as reservas de restaurantes para nós.

Conforto à beira-mar

Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Comida boa no geral, principalmente no café da manhã. No jantar gostamos muito do restaurante francês, que necessita reserva prévia com o mordomo. Aliás, o serviço de mordomo é muito interessante. Quem nos atendeu foi a Yenny. Ela se manteve sempre em contato para ver se tudo estava em ordem e sempre disposta a resolver alguma situação que surgisse, providenciando as coisas o mais rápido possível. Nota 10 para Yenny. Fomos em uma época em que o hotel não estava muito cheio e foi muito bom. Bastante espaço na beira da praia, que é linda, restaurantes no geral tranquilos e bares também, tivemos bom atendimento. O atendimento é muito bom pela maior parte dos funcionários, alguns mal humorados são exceção. Gostamos que sempre tem alguma atividade de entretenimento noturno na praça central do resort.

Não tivemos uma boa impressão na chegada, pois chegamos tarde e o rapaz que nos levou ao quarto parecia estar trabalhando contra vontade dele. Não era o nosso mordomo. Nossas pulseiras não funcionaram para abrir a porta e ele disse que então não poderíamos sair do quarto até o dia seguinte, quando poderíamos resolver o problema. Então passamos a primeira noite sem poder sair. Além disso, o quarto estava com forte cheiro de umidade. A situação foi relatada na manhã seguinte e prontamente os funcionários buscaram uma solução, solicitando uma limpeza profunda no quarto e colocando desumidificador de armários. A situação melhorou mas mesmo assim sentíamos o cheiro depois de entrar no quarto depois de ele permanecer algumas horas fechado. Acreditamos que o problemas seja proveniente do sistema central de ar condicionado, que parece antigo e necessita uma modernização ou limpeza profunda. Também achamos que a sala do quarto está um pouco antiquada e merece uma modernização. Ee

Nada a reclamar, hotel muito Bom!

O hotel é muito bom! Fomos em começo de agosto, temperaturas entre 27 e 31 graus O mar na frente é calmo, limpo, da cor que esperamos. O all inclusive é muito bom, só marcas de primeira linha, lagosta, camarão, bebidas alcoólicas (da pra escolher a marca do destilado, tem várias nas prateleiras e cerveja é Presidente) O Restaurante Francês vale a pena reservar por mais de um dia.

Frigobar não gelava 100%, mas tem maquina de gelo em todo canto e deixam um baldinho no quarto para colocar gelo e bebida fechada dentro.

„Erholsam und entschleunigend!

Die Lage unseres Zimmers war hervorragend sowie die Ausstattung. Das Zimmer war einwenig veraltet. Das Essen war lecker und das Personal freundlich. Sauber war es auch. Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt in Punta Cana.

Jeden Vormittg gab es am Strand Programm, Tanzklassen oder auch Volleyball spiele aber geführt von Mitarbeitenden. War für uns persönlich ziemlich störend, da die Musik immer laut war sowie die Mikrofone.

Tolle Hotelanlage Schöne grosszügige Skysuite mit sehr gutem Bett Z.T. Sehr gutes Essen Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal (auch ohne Trinkgeldorgie) Sehr schöne Club-Lounge mit Buffet und ˋa la carte Menüs Zuvorkommender Butler

Infrastruktur schon etwas abgelebt bzw. nachlässig unterhalten: Kaffeemaschine leckt, Wasserhanhnen verkalkt, Schranktüren hängen schräg/schliessen nicht, Weinkühler (ja, ist wirklich vorhanden) kühlt leider nur bis 12 Grad herunter), Salontisch durch Abnutzungsschäden auf Brockenstubeniveau, Whirlpool verzogen und mit diversen schlecht reparierten Schäden.

„Schöner Urlaub der nahezu alles geboten hat. Bis auf Ruhe und Abstand für Alleinreisende Frauen.

- Tolles Hotel - Tolles Essen -> sehr viel Auswahl sowohl am Buffet als auch via Restaurants - Strandliegen, Handtuchservices, mehrfache Zimmerreinigung am Tag - Wenn man möchte wird man von „Vorne-bis-Hinten“ Bedient. Es ist alles vor Ort vorhanden! (Shops, Bars, Strand, Pool, Unterhaltungsprogramm, das Angebot ist riesig)

- Es gibt nur eine Sache die ich leider kritisieren muss, und das ist das sehr aufdringliche Verhalten von Männlichen Personal bei Alleinreisenden Frauen. Ich hab mich gefühlt wie das Ticket nach Deutschland. Selbst beim essen hatte ich keine Ruhe und wurde ständig gefragt Wieso ich als Frau alleine reise, wo mein Mann sei und ob ich Ihn stattdessen nicht heiraten möchte. Ich mache desöfteren auch mal Reisen alleine als Frau (34y, german) ABER so unwohl hab ich mich noch nie gefühlt und es war grenzwertig. Mein Butler hat sich selbst auf mein Zimmer eingelade und wollte meine Hand halten, und ist erst nach explizierter Aufforderung von mir gegangen. Ein Kellner hat seine Managerin geholt um ihr zu erzählen wie schön unsere „caffe con leche kinder“ aussehen würden. Teilweise war ich so sprachlos das ich versucht habe so gut es geht männliches Personal zu meiden und mich lieber von Frauen umsorgt haben lassen. Ich würde wieder ins Land als auch ins Hotel fahren, allerdings dann mit einem Fake Ehering oder einem anderen Indiz mit dem ich nicht als Freibeute identifiziert werde. Schade, sicherlich ein Kulturunsterschied zu Europa, aber man bezahlt nicht gerade wenig Geld um schön Urlaub zu machen, und nicht um sich rund um die Uhr angraben zu lassen!
